IEEE Computer Society – Custom Design Services for Sponsored Conferences
The IEEE Computer Society provides conference organizers with a variety of free and customizable templates for use promoting and executing a conference. Organizers with custom design requests may utilize Computer Society in-house design services for a fee.
Fees:
| One-page full-color ad/flyer | $300* |
| Banner Ad Package (one custom message / 10 banner sizes) | $175 per package |
| Logo | $550 |
| Give-away designs (tote bags, mugs, pens, etc.) | $100 + $25 for each additional logo |
| Letter-Sized Conference Signage | $50 |
| Larger than Letter-Sized Conference Signage | $100 |
| Pull-Up Banner Conference Signage | $150 |
| Conference Program (8 pages) | $650 + $85 for each additional page |
| Badge Template | $75 |
| PowerPoint/Presentation Template | $75 |
| Certificate Template | $75 |
Terms:
- All design services include one revision.
- Files are provided in pdf, jpeg, or png format as appropriate.
- Charges will be billed to the conference.
- Allow for a minimum two-week turnaround time, plus two business days for revisions.
*Conference organizers who purchase ad space in a CS publication or newsletter are eligible for free ad design services for the creation of the paid ad. Allow a minimum of two weeks for ad creation.
