Your Support Center for Registration Services
Conferences can efficiently manage conference registration and experience by partnering with the IEEE Computer Society's Conference Registration Services (CRS); an experienced team with resources to handle the registration process from start to finish.
As your dedicated partner, we consult on all stages of registration including website development, pre-registration communications and planning, badge design, potential on-site registration support, 24/7 access to reporting, and much more.
Benefits:
- Eliminate extra contracts and platforms: Utilize IEEE CS's contract with Cvent and avoid the need to separately contract and train to build and use a registration platform.
- Integrate with IEEE membership: Automatically verify attendee's IEEE membership through a seamless integration.
- Lower Cost: Publically available registration services can be costly. Events with less than 1000 attendees could see significant savings with CRS.
- Badge Creation and Printing: The CRS team can provide badge design, printing, and delivery services for your conference.
- Avoid delays in Payments: With our merchant services, there is no hold back on payouts.

- Upon final approval of the test site, it takes about 2-3 days to make the site go live.
